300 g flour, 3 eggs, 150 g + 100 g light verge, 150 g melted butter, 80 g butter, 10 ml beer, 10 ml whole milk, 1 sachet of baking powder, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. , 4 apples, 1 egg.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat eggs with vergeois (blanch). Add melted butter, milk and beer. Mix and add flour to rain and baking powder. Mix vigorously, lifting the dough until you get a thick and smooth paste. Pour into a greased and floured tin, 24 cm in diameter.

Peel and cut apples into large cubes. Place them on the dough surface. Bake 25 min.

In a saucepan over low heat, heat 80 g butter with 100 g vergeois.

Remove from heat, whisk in the egg. Pour the mixture over the top of the pie and bake for about 15 minutes.
