Mango tuna tartare recipe
- 400 g very fresh tuna fillet
- 1 mango
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 green onion
- For seasoning:
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 small shallot
- 1 C. soy sauce
- salt pepper
Cut the tuna into small cubes. Also cut the mango into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion and the green part of the young onion.
Put everything in a salad bowl and mix.
Prepare seasoning: Combine sesame oil, chopped coriander, lime juice, finely chopped shallots, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour into a salad bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Use a cookie cutter to serve the tuna and mango tartare chilled!
