Mango tuna tartare recipe

- 400 g very fresh tuna fillet
- 1 mango
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 green onion
- For seasoning:
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 small shallot
- 1 C. soy sauce
- salt pepper

Cut the tuna into small cubes. Also cut the mango into small cubes. Finely chop the red onion and the green part of the young onion.
