Philippe Etchebest Meringue Ingredients
This meringue recipe is for 4 people and only requires 2 ingredients! They are here :
- 3 large eggs
- 150 g powdered sugar (i.e. 1 egg white per 50 g powdered sugar)
You will need a mixer (or whisk), a pastry bag, a spatula, and a baking mat.

Just before starting this recipe, remove the egg whites from the refrigerator so they are easier to assemble. Then just follow the tips in this video:
